One brand, four countries, four websites competing with each other

Enterprise IT · SAP, Odoo, digital transformation

At a glance

Client: Silver Touch Technologies
Sector: Enterprise IT · SAP, Odoo, digital transformation
Scope: Search across four markets · Team building · AI in marketing operations

The situation

Silver Touch has been building enterprise software since 1995 and operates in India, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom — each with its own website and its own market.

That structure is right commercially and difficult technically. Four domains carrying overlapping service content means four sites competing for the same terms, unclear signals to search engines about which page serves which country, and a brand that reads as four companies rather than one with four offices.

The commercial cost is not abstract. A buyer in New Jersey searching for an Odoo partner should land on the US site, see US case work and a US phone number. If they land on the India page instead, the conversation starts from a worse position.

The work

What I actually did

01

Market-by-market architecture

Mapped which service lines actually sell in which market, then rebuilt the site structure so each market's content answers its own buyers rather than mirroring India's.

02

Geo-targeting and search hygiene

Correct hreflang and canonical handling across the estate, market-specific search targeting, and removal of the internal competition between domains.

03

Content built for local intent

Service and industry pages written for the terms buyers in each market actually use — not one page translated four ways.

04

An in-house team

Recruited and set up a marketing team so the work continued without an external dependency, with the process documented well enough to hand over.

05

AI into the workflow

Introduced AI where it removed real hours from research, drafting and reporting — and left the rest manual on purpose.

What changed

  • Rankings improved in each target market rather than being concentrated in one.
  • The four sites stopped competing with each other for the same queries.
  • An in-house team now owns the work day to day.
