Local & multi-branch SEO

Multiple branches, one address showing up in search

Education · Multiple physical branches

At a glance

Client: StudySquare
Sector: Education · Multiple physical branches
Scope: Local SEO · Branch visibility · Review strategy

The situation

StudySquare operates across several branches. In search, that showed up as one location — which meant students searching in the areas the other branches served found competitors instead.

Local search rewards specificity: a proper profile per location, a page per location, consistent details everywhere, and reviews attached to the right branch. Most multi-branch businesses have none of that, because it's fiddly work with no single owner.

The work

What I actually did

01

A page per branch

Real location pages with their own content, courses, staff and directions — not a template with the area name swapped in, which search engines discount and students find useless.

02

Profile and citation hygiene

A properly configured business profile per branch, with identical name, address and phone details across every directory they appeared in.

03

Local schema

Structured data per location so each branch is legible to search engines as its own place.

04

Reviews, per branch

A simple routine for asking students for reviews at the right moment, attached to the branch they actually attended.

What changed

  • Each branch became findable in its own catchment rather than one location absorbing all visibility.
  • A review routine the branches could run themselves.
Confidentiality

Enquiry volumes and branch-level performance are not published.
